Terms

By using PawScore you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not to intimidate you. Email hello@pawtraceapp.com if anything is unclear.

What PawScore does

PawScore grades pet food products from photos of their labels. You take a picture of a label, we extract the ingredient list and guaranteed analysis, and a fixed rubric produces a score.

Not veterinary advice

Scores are informational only. They summarize what is printed on a label and do not take into account your pet's medical history, allergies a label does not list, or the advice of a professional who knows your animal | PawScore is not veterinary or nutritional advice. Consult a veterinarian for diet decisions.

Premium subscription

Premium costs $4.99 USD per month. Billing is handled by Stripe and renews monthly until you cancel. Prices and features can change with notice on the pricing page; any change applies to your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal, reachable from the Manage subscription link in your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Premium access until that period ends.

Refunds

We do not auto-issue refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error or you want to ask about a refund, email hello@pawtraceapp.com and we will review it.

Acceptable use

Use PawScore for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not scrape the service, abuse the scan endpoint, or upload images you do not have the right to share.

As-is service

PawScore is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service available and the scores accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every label will be read perfectly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawScore and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including diet decisions made based on a score. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.
